Jason F. Fletcher, Esq., Managing Partner, is an experienced litigation attorney licensed in the State of Florida. He is dedicated to doing the best job for his clients and getting results.
As a former Associate General Counsel to one of Florida’s largest property and casualty insurance companies, Mr. Fletcher has handled hundreds of disputes on their behalf. Now he has dedicated his practice to representing commercial and residential property owners in their disputes against their insurance carriers.
Mr. Fletcher also practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Contract law and he provides cost effective General Counsel services for businesses. Mr. Fletcher is also a former Broward County Assistant State Attorney having prosecuted those who have committed economic crimes, felonies and misdemeanors. While at the State Attorney’s Office Mr. Fletcher has tried more than 40 cases to jury verdict and argued countless bench trials and motions to resolution. Additionally, Mr. Fletcher is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, he has a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University, and he has earned his Juris Doctor Law Degree from Stetson University, College of Law.
